## What is Admit It?

Admit It helps you protect distracting apps, websites, and categories with intentional unlock flows instead of impulse taps.

Set boundaries for apps, websites, and categories using Screen Time and Family Controls, then require a deliberate unlock instead of a quick impulse. The practice selfie-video challenge in onboarding is optional and can be skipped. Users can enable the selfie-video challenge later if they want extra friction for unlocks. Designed to be local-first, with no account required.
