Their app is amazing, they are a new and thriving company. It is a very well rounded company and it is exciting to see everything new that is to come! Adni calling us “radiologic technicians” is flat-out wrong and honestly insulting. We are Radiologic Technologists. That’s not semantics. That’s education, certification, clinical responsibility, and years of experience. I didn’t grind through an accredited program, pass boards, and work in high-stakes environments just to be mislabeled by an app that clearly didn’t bother to learn the profession it’s trying to serve. It’s especially frustrating that this feels like it was built from a nursing-centric perspective without respecting the distinctions in other allied health fields. You don’t see nurses being casually downgraded in title, so why is it acceptable here? If you can’t get something this fundamental right, it makes me question everything else about the platform. Job matching? Credibility? Understanding of scope of practice? All of it becomes suspect. Do better. Learn the profession. Respect the title. Radiologic Technologist. Not technician. Appreciate your feedback and for being a part of the Adni community! ### 1/5 — Horrible turnaround time, big bugs still in app… *2022-10-06, version 2.2* Waited almost 2 months for my light to ship… because my zip code was wrong or because my preorder wasn’t in soon enough (I did it the day it was announced :) ). Either way… 2 months from launch day to have something ship isn’t acceptable, nor is not contacting someone to let them know you have their zip code wrong… (it was correct in the app that I ordered from. Now my app doesn’t even open anymore. It just is stuck on the loading screen ever since I updated it.. not impressed. I tried uninstalling and that didn’t help and restarting my phone did not fix it either. ### 1/5 — Wish I could actually try it *2022-02-26* If I could attach a screenshot- I would. After I download the app it does not allow me past the screen “tell us what you like”. Button on bottom of the screen says “follow 3 to continue” but is greyed out and the screen is blank….
