Not sure what they’ve done but the app just magically stopped working on my phone and
It’s asks me to update new version and when I try and do that, it tells me I  am still on the old version 🤷🏿‍♂️.

There are specific invoices and surgical records. Such a simple thing is complicated! Deliberately trouble customers, and each picture must be uploaded one by one! Moreover, after being rejected, all the previous information does not exist, and you have to keep doing it again, wasting people's time in vain. The worst insurance company

This app has a lot of bugs. Every time I try to log in, it closes right after UAE pass app verifies my login. This technical issue should be addressed immediately.

Ridiculous that this is the standard allowed for an insurance company that encourages its use. Crashes, doesn’t provide simple processes, convoluted. Look to your competitors to see how to organize an app.
