During sessions (including pre-recorded playback), my iPhone 17 Pro overheats within 10–20 minutes despite camera off, Wi-Fi only, and no background apps. None of their support troubleshooting have improved the issue. The device reaches a thermal threshold where iOS disables charging for safety. This does not occur with other video conferencing or streaming apps (Zoom, Vimeo), indicating a likely issue with CPU/GPU usage, rendering pipeline, or background session management in the Adobe Connect iOS app. ### 2/5 — App only works sometimes *2026-03-31* This app is hit or miss, but mostly miss. It crashes all the time. Sound only works about 10% of the time that the app actually manages to keep itself running. Using any functionality outside of listening only makes the issue worse.
