Selbst bei der ersten Generierungen kommt manchmal eine Fehlermeldung „langsamer, aus Sicherheitsgründen bla bla“ Web Version auf Handy oder pc hingegen akzeptabel. **Developer response:** Hallo! I haven’t used the app in a couple days, why is it giving me this? Once they fix this infuriating bug I will change the review. **Developer response:** Hi there, thanks for the detailed feedback, and sorry for the experience. That "Slow Down" message is meant to catch unusually rapid generation activity. A couple of things that sometimes help in the meantime: Fully close the app (swipe it away, don't just background it) and reopen it Log out of your Adobe account in the app and log back in — this resets the session. If it's still stuck, uninstalling and reinstalling can clear a corrupted local session cache. So if I upgrade and run out I can’t use the app? Shouldn’t I be able to generate based on my subscription? So basically I’m paying a monthly subscription for a small amount of credits that won’t even last a week. Generating often takes many iterations before getting the right outcome. It doesn’t make sense to have this app as a credits based system. However, I asked to add a corn snake to an image and create a very short video and it gave me a video of a corn snake in an entirely different scene. It did not follow the directions. The bad results still cost me credits. However as soon as that period ended (literally the very day) and I switched to the paid plan, I have been blocked repeatedly and receive a “slow down” prompt despite not generating anything for hours. There are also certain peak times in which I get this alert as well. I was told their tech service was looking into it and that it was resolved but that was days ago. It has a mind of its own and it does not take directions very well. It is very very frustrating and Kahn constantly uses up lots of credits and does not give you a new image and ignores the prompts that you give it. I am extremely frustrated working with your app. I am doing the simplest of fashion projects and it is completely useless. I ask it to remove something. It doesn’t and it does something completely different and many of the images I have downloaded that it has created. I put back in to do something else too, to make it easier to work that way, and then it rejects the picture and will not use the picture and says it doesn’t work with this app Orit is against the Apps policies. It’s ridiculous. It created the picture. Very, very, very frustrating and what a rip off I have wasted so much money on credits because the app decides the picture that it created was inappropriate and there’s nothing inappropriate about it. There’s no transparency on how they use your credits, they get used up fast and their subscription fees for all of their applications are ridiculously high.
