Improvements to the Rename functionality and better naming/accessibility for sending files as email attachments instead of links, would be useful. ### 4/5 — Scanning made simple *2026-10-17, version 26.10.15* I have been using Adobe scan for years and have work colleagues using it to make sharing documents they have hand written much easier. ### 2/5 — App keeps closing. *2026-10-16, version 26.10.15* For the last few days, my copy of Adobe scan has been crashing and disappearing off of my screen. I still have the icon, however, the app will not stay open. ### 4/5 — Adding to scans *2026-10-16, version 26.10.15* This has been a very useful app for digitizing receipts. When I get a new receipt, I have been able to add it to my ‘receipts’ document; however, after the latest update, the ‘modify scan’ option is not available, so I can’t add to new reveipts to my saved document. ### 3/5 — Newest update bug *2026-10-16, version 26.10.15* Since the new update as of 10/15/26 the app stopped working for me. Worked great before but now it won’t let me scan more than one image to a pdf. Very frustrating and I have had to move to a different scanner app for the time being. ### 5/5 — Super positive *2026-10-16, version 26.10.15* Excellent app, very useful ! ### 5/5 — Me encanta *2026-10-16, version 26.10.15* Fácil y rápido de usar con imágenes de calidad ### 4/5 — Great but at a cost *2026-10-16, version 26.10.15* So simple to use and great but loses a star in the cost. I only use it very rarely so cannot justify the cost. Great product ### 5/5 — My fave App *2026-10-15, version 26.10.15* This app is so useful for my life. At work, at home, there is always a time you need to scan a PDF. This makes my life so much easier. Thank you, Adobe scan! ### 5/5 — No need for a traditional scanner *2026-10-15, version 26.10.15* I use this app with my phone in my hand or with my phone on a cardboard box cut for scanning documents. ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2026-10-15, version 26.10.15* My go to app for documents. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Keeps crashing *2026-10-18, version 26.10.15* Map keeps crashing very time I scan a document . Been happening for a few days now and have tried re-installing it . ### 1/5 — Greed and money scams *2026-10-18, version 26.10.15* I genuinely don’t write reviews, but Adobe made me do it. It was working perfectly previously for 1-2 scans a day or weekly from photos, but now as soon as you select photos the app crashes, tried multiple times same thing happened. Proved it’s intentional and Adobe wants me to buy the premium plan. It all used to be free or one lifetime subscription. God bless future ### 1/5 — Scans Failed *2026-10-18, version 26.10.15* Attempted to scan documents, but the app crashed every time I tried. It always crashed just after taking the picture. ### 1/5 — Refuses to work *2026-10-18, version 26.10.15* This app used to work great a few days ago and now (post-update?) it crashes every time I scan something. The scan never saves so the app is completely worthless now. ### 1/5 — DO NOT UPDATE *2026-10-17, version 26.10.15* Their latest update completely bricked the app, as soon as you try to edit a photo to PDF file it crashes to Home Screen without fail. ### 1/5 — New update broke app *2026-10-16, version 26.10.15* I downloaded the latest update that got pushed to my phone. Now the app crashes when trying to scan one page. Can’t do multi page. This app is now trash. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2026-10-16, version 26.10.15* I can’t scan anything. It immediately crashes every time I try. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-10-16, version 26.10.15* Terrible ### 1/5 — The last update *2026-10-15, version 26.10.15* The last update is crashing the app ### 1/5 — Deleted 90% of a 200 page scan *2026-10-14, version 26.09.29* Scanned 200 pages, tried to save, save button did nothing. Tried again “Out of memory”, not true 216gb free, tried again, saved a random selection of about 10 pages across the 10% scan. Huge waste of time. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great so far need more time to check it out for real review *2026-10-18, version 26.10.15* No speeches it’s useless to add additional pages to a previously created pages or files from android or iPhone iPads. To an adobe acrobat file You want to edit by one or more pages. You’re gonna have to use a laptop or desktop computers. My experience using this for book publishing or formatting is terrible all the publishers I have experienced take my hand written notes in cursive writing style and reformat it it into a word document or PDF and and deciphering my written style has a lot of errors in it please give me a hint on how to process my writing notes into adobe in design. Online you tube tutorials, disregard this due to benign neglect. This has been my experience. ### 5/5 — Scanning made fun! *2026-10-17, version 26.10.15* So easy and fun to use for every project you have in your work and home life! ### 5/5 — PruebaDocumento *2026-10-17, version 26.10.15* Perfecto genial ### 5/5 — Amador & Assoc *2026-10-17, version 26.10.15* Being able to use the scan option and then uploading it to my digital filing system is a lifesaver. ### 5/5 — Phenomenal. *2026-10-17, version 26.10.15* Every single time I use this app, I remind myself to write a review for it. I’ve been using this app for over six years, and it has never once disappointed me. This app is so reliable, it works every time, it’s so easy to use, it’s quick, it’s accurate, and it’s FREE. I recommend this app to everyone. I deeply appreciate how there aren’t all kinds of updates that change the layout. This app’s consistency and reliability really makes it a pleasure to use. I seriously appreciate how all of the basic, necessary features and tools are free, with no obnoxious pop-ups begging you to start a trial. Any mentions of an upgrade are small, polite, and unobtrusive. The scans this app produces are high-quality, and everything about it is just perfect. I LOVE THIS APP. THANK YOU. ### 5/5 — Great tool *2026-10-16, version 26.10.15* Very handy ### 5/5 — Adobe Sacn *2026-10-16, version 26.10.15* It is an easy-going scan app for people knowing a bit about AI. ### 5/5 — Great tool for last minute work *2026-10-16, version 26.10.15* I have been using this app for over 10 years and it is fantastic.
