Disappointing. Two stars because I really liked it before ### 3/5 — Im a little disappointed now 😔 *2026-03-27, version 8.2.0* I’m a little disappointed now that they have recently updated the app and how they run things. I will say as I do love the new look but I don’t love that you can’t buy as sets in one price anymore 😔. I’ve always loved that I can buy a good quality bra and get a pair of underwear at one price. But now you don’t get sets, you can order separately but when you do buy a set the price is way more then what it would normally buy. It’s a bummer that if you buy bottoms it’s an extra $10 - $15 on top of what you’re paying for the bra. ### 2/5 — Changed for the worse *2026-03-25, version 8.0.6* This app was my go to as a larger chest girl and it was a site based on getting the sets together and it was easy to find things in the larger sizes. This was one of my favorite lingerie online stores with such great deals and I LOVED the VIP program. Now for some reason, all the points I earned through VIP are GONE. Sets are more expensive. My cart and wishlist were erased so now I don’t remember all the super cute pieces I was dying to have. It’s just not hitting the same, which is so disappointing!!! Ever since the new brand redesign and rewards program changed, it seems like there has been a shift away from featuring plus sized models. I first joined the rewards program years ago because there was a focus on a providing a large array of plus sized underwear options. I’m not saying there isn’t any nor that they don’t have a fair amount, I’m just curious if others are noticing a drop off. Size: 44DD, 2XL ### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Work *2025-12-22, version 7.59.0* I’ve been a user of Adore me for a long time now but these last few months the app has been impossible to use. I’ve updated the app and it freezes any time I push any button. Adore me was the only brand I wore for many years and again, these last few months my size has always been out of stock. That, on top of the app having so many issues is just disappointing. Which is weird I’m very mad ruined my Halloween don’t order from here and customer service saying it’s a glitch just don’t order from here terrible experience for my first time ordering here ### 1/5 — They lie about refunds/excanges *2025-10-15, version 7.48.0* It says “free returns” but this, and almost every other item cannot be returned OR even exchanged for a different size. Most of the products are also cheaply made. ### 2/5 — In a never-ending Loop of „updating the app“ *2025-10-02, version 7.6.1* Every now and then the app has a pop up message to update it, I click the update button which brings me to the App Store. But there’s no option to update, it just says „open“, which I click. Bringing me back to the App with the pop-up that says „update“. This continues in a loop until I give up. Eventually a few weeks later when I check in on the app, the update button is gone and I’m able to actually use the app. ### 2/5 — Not great. Definitely needs improvements. *2025-09-24, version 7.47.0* This app is really difficult to work with especially with a screen reader. The buttons are not labeled correctly, especially when it comes to color categories, as well as search buttons and menu buttons. This can be easily fixed, however it definitely needs to be if screen reader users are going to use this app effectively. Also, there is no feature telling you when things are in stock or when they will be back in stock again. This is something I would love to see. I am hoping that these things can be addressed. ### 2/5 — Endless Notifications *2025-06-16, version 7.39.0* They will NOT STOP sending push notifs and there’s no way to disable them in app from what I can find. If I have to disable them from apple’s settings I might as well delete the app entirely… which I will be doing. Btw “Inclusivity” goes both ways. Whatever happened to your 30 sizes? Not a single new design is offered in a 30 band and some don’t even start at 32! ### 1/5 — Not really all inclusive *2025-05-07, version 7.35.0* They only go up to 46 in all cup sizes ### 2/5 — AWFUL SHIPPING *2025-04-04, version 7.30.0* i’ve never seen a website with this terrrible of shipping the lingerie is very cute but don’t waste ur time ### 1/5 — Long-time customer lost twice *2025-03-19, version 7.28.0* They lost my subscription a year ago when they chose just not to send one of the items included in a set and then proceeded to fight me over that fact, and then told me how to cancel my subscription. Fast-forward to now… I placed my order a month ago. I have received three automatic emails stating we’re sorry processing is delayed. The last one contained a $15 coupon code. And I never heard from them again. That last email was sent two weeks ago and I never heard from them again. Do you honestly think I’m gonna spend more money when you have not yet sent me my order from a month ago? As a customer who purchases at least twice a month this is not a good look. I noticed this company decided to close all comments on their social media as well because this is going to take down their business and we all shouldn’t have to do chargebacks on our credit cards to get refunds for items. Be careful not to order too much in one shopping trip or they will cancel your order and never notify you. $300 order and they offered me $5 off for my troubles. ### 1/5 — Don’t waist your time with this app *2026-07-13, version 9.2.1* They use to offer Bra and Panty for around 50$ before delivery and tax. Then they tried saying we the consumers asked them to separate sets and sell a bra for 50$. All of there items are majority lace so expect them to rip and tear within a month of receiving, and their sizes changed and no longe fit accordingly. They were suppose to have better fit to womens bodies, now they have gaps on the straps like every other company and the cups don’t fit like they use to, trying to say I’m a D cup now when I have B cup boobies. App Store needs to start making no stars an option, apps shouldn’t even get a star pulling this type of money grubbing move. I’ve been with the company since they started, now they’re after all the cash in your pocket with very little to give you. ### 1/5 — Bring back the Sets! *2026-07-04, version 9.1.1* It’s such a bummer that they got rid of the sets I always loved when buying a bra I got the underwear for free matching set. But now if you “buy a set” it cost $60 or even $70 What the heck 😳 that’s insane. Please bring back the sets that were affordable and more bigger sizes cause it seams you run out way to fast or don’t even have enough. ### 1/5 — Money hungry *2026-06-14, version 9.0.1* I miss when I could buy a set to surprise my wife with son in her size and now everything is sold separately without lowering the price. I would at least once a month buy her a new set but ever since they updated things a few months ago I haven’t as I find it ridiculous to spend up to an extra $20 on top of spending $60 just to get the matching underwear. That use to be if you wanted to buy an extra pair for that price. It has just gotten to expensive for what you are actually getting. ### 1/5 — New “business” model *2026-05-01, version 8.5.0* I used to love Adore Me because I am a busty woman and I could get a complete set for around $40-$50 but since they took away the VIP memberships there’s no longer a discount, the Bra’s are $50 and add and extra $11 if you want the panty to make it a set …..that is before taxes and shipping. My size is almost always out of stock Useto love this site and referred all my friends but not anymore ### 1/5 — Changes *2026-03-09, version 8.0.5* I had left a review about the changes recently with the VIP but it’s no longer posted and my star rating was even removed. They removed the discount and VIP membership and raised prices of every item AND remove bra and panty sets, and to get a set costs more then it did before the change. Befor this change it was 42$ for a set now it’s 60$ before tax and shipping. The quality of the lingerie is so poor and the lace just rips the moment you make any tug. After having a baby nothing seemed to fit right anymore, the cups no longer fit to the shape I was, I couldn’t get any band size to fit and the recommended bra size didn’t fit at all. Items are always sold out in the size I am, which is an average size, which you’d think they’d carry more of what’s in demand. And nothing is ever in stock. No matter what time of year. The new model images are disturbing. Definitely needs improvements. *2026-01-22, version 7.61.0* As a blind customer who uses a screen reader, the Adore Me app is one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I’ve had. Product images have no descriptions and are announced only as “image.” Color options are unlabeled and announced simply as “button,” making it impossible to know what I’m selecting. Stock availability is not reliably announced, so I often can’t tell what’s out of stock until I hit an error or a dead end. These are basic accessibility failures that should not exist in a modern retail app. I love Adore Me bras, but the app actively prevents me from shopping independently. Adore Me sells cute & lacy, sexy, lingerie as a set—a bra/bustier+panty+garter belt; 1 price!! You choose the size of each item separately —1 price!! Tres magnifique!!! I love the variety of lingerie that Adore Me offers and the price point is fantastic! ### 5/5 — I shop exclusively at Adore Me for my lingerie *2024-03-02* I shop almost exclusively at adore Me for my lingerie and my athletic and lounge clothes and I have for the past several years. The lingerie is cute and sexy and always fits just perfectly. The prices are what I consider to be very reasonable. They have sales often if you’re a member, which I recommend because you actually save ten dollars on every matching bra and underwear set or lingerie piece when you join. They have a whole new drop of seasonal merchandise every month which is great if you like to keep things fresh and there is no need to purchase monthly, you can choose to shop or skip the month and you will not be charged if you skip. I’ve been a member for years and never had to return a purchase for any reason. Fit and quality are always on point. The only issue I have is that they have cancelled some of my orders for being too large. They prefer orders to be 15 items or less. Which, if you’re buying small items like underwear or socks, can add up quickly. I’ve just learned to place multiple small orders instead of one large order to avoid this happening. Overall, I’m very happy with the app, it’s laid out well and I can make purchases or choose to skip the month right on the app. I can’t speak about returns because that hasn’t been my experience but their customer service representatives are always friendly and helpful. I didn't realize how different my clothes would look with high quality undergarments beneath them. No bulging, chafing, wedgies, or panty lines! I have so much more confidence knowing I don't have to worry about any of those things. And I've found my ADORE ME shopper really pays attention to what I do/don't like, what I want to conceal or stand out, & its gotten to the point that everything in my monthly box is something I love & I end up keeping everything! It did seem a little pricey at first, but now that I know the quality, the fit, & how well the materials hold up, it's so worth it!
