Adore SIP Client is designed specifically to leverage the iPhone's unique capabilities and easy way to make a iPhone voip call  by using  iPhone devices. Featuring a comfortable and simple user interface iPhone sip client lets you connect your iphone to standard  landline or mobile phones.

The iPhone sip client is meant for service providers who can use this dialer and get it integrated with their existing SIP servers. Adore SIP Client works just like standard SIP Softphones i.e. it gets registered on the SIP server and then let the authentic caller makes calls.

This softphone also turns your iPhone into a VoIP phone, so you can make cheap or even free phone calls over the internet at anytime, and from almost anywhere.

it doesn't register to the server in the US with cellular data. I did test with LTE internet and it doesn't work.
We bought this app from the company Adore. They spent 13 months and they couldn't fix it. They are not able to provide a stable version.

Tried this and two other SIP apps, Media5 and Zoiper. Adore is clearly the easiest to configure, and was operational within minutes. Love the clean interface and simplicity of  design. Offers G729 codec at no additional charge. This app also uses very little battery power. 

However, cannot find a setting to allow background operation. Thus the app has to be in the foreground or I do not receive calls. Additionally, there needs to be a way to strip out special characters, -/:;(), from phone numbers in the contact list. Without this ability the contact list is unusable since the app tries to use those characters when placing a call. 

Would happily pay for an updated version since this app shows so much promise.

Easy set-up and it worked right-away! Unfortunately, that was the one and only time it ever worked. From then on, every time I tried opening the app, it would freeze. Luckily, I could kill it no problem. Thanks for making this free; I'm not sure what happened, though.

Ya había probado algunos programas para telefonía voip y no me habían funcionado. Otros son de paga pero no quería comprar sin saber si realmente me iba a funcionar el programa. Este cliente sip es sencillo, funciono a la primera y sin problemas.  Recomendado.
