Please fix this ASAP. ### 1/5 — Broken! Useless! *2021-12-03, version 1.6.8* Update: The latest patch December 3rd 2021, did not fix the issues mentioned below. UI elements will break, become unresponsive, or disappear once the screen goes to sleep. A total system restart is required to fix the issue. Disappointing Since I upgrading my iPad Pro to iOS 15, this app has been broken. UI elements disappear. Some button are Phantom button that work even though they are visually absent. I have opened numerous tickets with support with ZERO success! They blame user error. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2021-05-19, version 1.6.6* It’s impossible to set this app up. We started to rely on the app and then suddenly gone. After many calls to ADP, long wait times, zero tech support, a week went by and our employees were not able to clock in, I was told that it is no longer compatible with my iPad. Very frustrating. I had to go buy a new iPad after buying one just for the app. The sales team for this app should really relay this to prospective clients. This experience has easily cost us 1k easily due to the time lost, and having to buy another iPad. ### 1/5 — ADP Time *2021-02-05, version 1.6.5* I noticed the app had an update. It’s still missing the option to have the timecard as an icon. Instead of having to swipe up just to be able to open that link up. This really needs to be accounted for in the next update. ### 1/5 — Half-Baked App Pushed on Me By ADP Implementation Team *2020-09-08, version 1.6.3* This is a P.O.S. half-baked application with zero support provided from ADP. I was suggested to use this application by my implementation manager as a solution to control local punches, given that my employees need to punch in and after routes. I was advised to buy an iPad and connect to my wi-fi connection. I did all that and set up the application as advised. Employees were able to punch for 2-3 days, but now it is not recording punches anymore - I'm so done with ADP-they treat you like a number and just throw ideas at you - no solutions - I'm going to PayCom as soon as I can. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2020-08-30, version 1.6.3* Doesn’t allow you to correct double out punch. For example, let’s say you clock out for lunch, then clock out again when you intended to clock back in... It’s not as simple as editing the time card so that the second out punch is modified as a meal return. Instead it prompts you to set a time pair, despite the times being WRONG! ### 1/5 — Won’t set up on any of our new iPads! *2020-05-29, version 1.6.0* Installs ok, but when we log in and try to set it up, we get stuck on error “text for Common_Generic_Error_Messageis not defined”. The constant updating icon after clicking literally anything causing you to pause for 2 -3 seconds every so often is inconvenient and just annoying. not to mention sometimes when you’re on a timesheet, it’ll just kick you out, making you redo everything you just did. this app is good at irritating you ### 1/5 — Laziest time app ever *2025-08-25, version 2.21.0* Id give a negative review if i could. It cant even input basic time edits . And then the servers keep going out forcing you to edit times and editing your time on this app is the literal most frustrating over complicated mess. Since ADP discontinued making their own clock in machines and only left customers with the ADP Kisok app we have been solely reliant on it. This application seems like it was developed in a rush. Icons disappear, it doesn’t record time, the biometrics have allowed users to login as other employees. The one thing that this app is supposed to do it can’t seem to do consistently or properly. I have been trying to get this issue resolved for months now and customer service leave us with little to no answers. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2022-12-14, version 2.4.0* Weeks of working with ADP and tech support. Can’t log in to software. No one seems to know how!! ADP support is the worst ever. ### 1/5 — I can’t even log in! *2022-07-20, version 2.1.0* It keeps giving me some stupid “Hmm… something went wrong…” message and says to contact support. Not that I should have to, but you can’t even contact them, the best I got was to an automated system which still didn’t solve the problem.
