## What is ADR4ALL?

DESCRIPTION: ADR4ALL is a smartphone application that simplifies the alternative resolution process of disputes between consumers & traders through the submission of cases to official ADR entities of the European Union, included in the application. 

CONNECTIVITY: ADR4ALL will use your smartphone's internet connection (4G/3G/2G/EDGE or Wi-Fi, - as data charges may apply, please contact your service provider for details).

PROCESS : during the submission process ADR4ALL will ask you to fill in your country of residence and the country where the trader is established and will calculate whether the submission and/or resolution process is free of charge or a fee is required. In both cases, the app will ask for your permission before continuing the submission process and the required (if applicable) payment. Then, ADR4ALL will ask you to provide a description of the dispute and to add the trader’s details and your personal details (name, city, country, phone number and email) that will be used during the dispute resolution process. After submitting your case, you can take a screenshot of your unique 4-digit case number and save it for future reference. 

FREE DOWNLOAD: Consumers can download the ADR4ALL app for free.

MULTIMEDIA: you can upload information about your case in all formats, such as photographs, documents in different formats, videos.

SAY NO TO USERNAMES AND PINS: why bother having to remember yet another username or password? ADR4ALL allows you to submit a case, without creating an account, and then generates a unique 4-digit case number that allows you to track your case status anytime via the app.
