## What is Adrenocortical Hormones Tutor?

Adrenocortical Hormones Biosynthesis Tutor is an app designed to help you memorize the structures, enzymes and their cellular locations, and steroid chemical structure nomenclature and carbon numbering and the order of biosynthesis of these hormones. 

These chemical reactions show the pathways and structures of critically important hormones produced by the cortex of the adrenal gland resulting from the chemical conversion of the starting steroid Pregnenolone to produce such steroid hormones such as Progesterone, Cortisol, Cortisone and Aldosterone.

You will see the entire network of biosynthetic pathways and you choose each molecule by name or each name from each displayed molecule; instead of studying each individual pathway. If you choose the correct answer then the molecule name or molecule structure will be highlighted in green. If you choose wrongly then the wrong answer will display temporarily and then revert to the displayed name or structure 'question'. Some screens should be viewed in landscape mode and some screens should  be viewed in portrait mode for best viewing. On smaller screen sizes all that you need to do is drag to see more of the View.

This app will be helpful study aid for your Endocrinology, Physiology and Biochemistry courses and exams.

The Identify Number of This Carbon or Ring Letter Quiz has been revamped. Now, you will see the correct numbering of each carbon and lettering of each ring displayed on the structure after you choose an answer. The correct and wrong answers will still be highlighted in green and red respectively. After the quiz completes you will see the entire numbering and lettering displayed on the structure for easier memorization.

Made the answering of the question's refractory so a new answer cannot be submitted until the old wrong answer has cleared and reverted to the 'question'. Reduced the wait time from 5 seconds to 3 seconds.
