Even though I’ve configured all alert settings, I only receive a few—mainly start, stop, and occasionally seat belt alerts. There are also inconsistencies: when starting the car, the app sometimes shows a stop alert first, followed by a start alert, and then another stop alert. At times, the stop alert doesn’t trigger at all. After renewing the subscription, the situation has worsened—now even the start and stop alerts are not being received reliably. Overall, the alert system feels unreliable and needs improvement. Additionally, when I previously raised the same issue, someone from the showroom contacted me and asked me to bring the car in for inspection. However, the showroom is over 100 km away from my hometown, which makes it highly inconvenient for an issue that seems to be related to the app/service rather than the vehicle itself. ### 1/5 — Great features but the app is slow and a few bugs that needs sorting *2026-01-20* Crashing at launch after the recent update. The connected car features, trip data , document synch etc are great features. The UI is nice and clean The downside is that the app is very slow on most occasions especially the vehicle control features. The app goes in a long loading loop frequently. There are some bugs related to incorrect data too - the speed , fuel average , distance are wrong for many trips. - the low beam on status is shown when the lamps are clearly off - the car shows unlocked when in reality it’s locked. Feature Suggestions - break down trips into smaller sub trips when there is a break in between. Right now it clubs a lot of trips in a single day into one trip. - in the live tracker allow the option to align the map to north , right now it aligns by vehicle direction only. I get spammed with a 100 or 200 notifications saying your vehicle remote charging stopped. Every time I charge it, I get fed up but the notifications, please fix this issue and also the remote function of turning on the AC isn’t actually working even if it is being shown in the remote control section! Hoping to see you fix these issues ASAP! and can you let me know if there is any way to connect your car to remotely control it faster? This app is very slow while connecting to the control console to use some function e.g lock/unlock(mostly I am using this feature only) and sometimes it’s not responding also. There are many times when I have tried(in all conditions e.g good wifi, mobile data )to open app but it got crash and sometimes app goes to login prompt again again. Please look into it and try to solve these bugs. And this app is not at all open in single time, I need to close the app and open it again then only it will start loading all the data. Please update the application and resolve these critical issues soon! ### 1/5 — After changing the password, new password not working *2024-10-17* I lost connectivity to my scorpion through adrenox, after trying few times it asked for the password, I lost password, tried forgot password, changed password, after supplying new password, it was showing incorrect password, after try forgot password, it was throwing error try next day, this login mechanism is very much immature. Also observed it was very slow connection when it was working. Hope Mahindra will fix password related problems sooner. I dint expect this kind of inconvenience from Mahindra. Similar issues reported a year back still the issues are not fixed. ### 1/5 — Worst Car Connect Application *2024-09-24* My adrenox app is stuck since renewal of subscription. I’ve renewed my subscription of my XUV700 AX7L MH47BE0360 on 11th May 2024 I Cannot access my remote function from my cellphone device as my Adrenox app is stuck it’s not even showing the updated status of my Vehicle after renewing the subscription Even the Infotainment system has connection issues Most of the times Alexa doesn’t work properly I think if Team Mahindra should really focus on quality and reliability of the features they offer Whats use of making a tech loaded vehicle if your costumers cannot use it. Facing such kind of problems after spending such heavy price and buying flagship product by Mahindra What a let-down! Even when this application was working in my device App takes very eternity to connect to vehicle And most of the times doesn't even connect to access the remote functions.
