Nachdem ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert habe, wurde ich nur darauf hingewiesen, dass ich das Abo freiwillig abgeschlossen hätte – anstatt eine Lösung für das Problem anzubieten oder Hilfestellung zu geben. Leider fühle ich mich als zahlender Kunde nicht wertgeschätzt, und es scheint, als ob das Unternehmen kein Interesse daran hat, eine funktionierende Leistung für das bezahlte Geld zu bieten. Sehr unzufrieden.
