Te mandan pagar 1€ para poder meter el método de pago y aún por encima tienes que meter un mínimo de 10€. Cuando se te acaban los 10€, en vez de cobrarte 0,35 céntimos el minuto, te vuelven a cargar otros 10€ sin avisar, por lo que si te pasas aunque sea unos segundos te vuelven a cobrar. NO LA DESCARGUÉIS. Aún encima no tienen servicio al cliente para poder reclamar. ### 1/5 — Deposits *2023-07-24* Have to deposit into a wallet, can’t pay as you go Once you leave the country where these are you can’t get money back out of the wallet Refund is disabled in the app as it’s still under development. Support cannot tell me when this will be ready which I don’t believe, developers work based on roadmaps which makes me think they are not interested in developing this feature. ### 1/5 — Do not use - SCAM *2023-07-13* Had to download app and add money to my account to use. Only used a few euros but company will not refund the money. Absolute scam. DO NOT USE SCAM! ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE. SCAM *2023-06-23* Parked my scooter in the parking. Completed the ride and the app crashed as this happened. Went over my balance and took more money to add to my account wallet. Spoke to support no help at all just refuse to accept the scooter was parking. No refunds from the wallet so they just have your money. Absolute scam. ### 1/5 — Peggiore applicazione per il mobile sharing mai provata *2023-06-16, version 2.2* Peggiore applicazione per il mobile sharing mai provata, ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Misleading service *2026-05-31* Paid €1 via Apple Pay to use a scooter, only to discover afterwards that a minimum balance of €1.35 was required. To add the missing €0.35, the app only offered top-ups of €10, €20, or €30. I never started a ride, never used the service, and AdriGo refused to refund the €1, citing their terms and conditions. Poor transparency and disappointing customer service. ### 1/5 — Scam!! Advoid!! *2025-10-05* Absolutely extortionate costs and takes an extra £10 for every ride with no warning. Honestly could not advise more strongly to avoid. ### 1/5 — AVOID *2025-08-21* Topped up the app with around €40. The one journey we did was around €35. This company charges €10 per time you start a journey on top of what you’ve topped up on your balance. These €10 charges are supposed to be temporary. Aka pending on ur bank and then disappear. That is not the case they have charged us these €10 deposits and so the one back and forth journey for me and my partner cost us the €40 for the top up AND another €50 for starting the journal (one of us stopped the journey half way through). Complete scam. AVOID ### 1/5 — AVIOD THIS SCOOTER *2025-07-13* If you get a broken scooter that does not go up the hill, the company will not issue a refund. Very bad. ### 1/5 — Not Pay As You Go *2023-10-19* These are not like other scooter apps that charge once you have finished a hire. They charge €1 initially to add your card information to the app, then they only have deposit options, the minimum of which is €10. If you exceed that €10 on a journey or multiple journeys (no way of knowing whether this is the case or not when you are on a journey) then you are automatically charged another €10. Stick to the many other efficient and sensibly managed scooter providers around! ### 1/5 — Use another scooter company *2023-09-15* The scooters are terrible, slow and won't go up the hills. I was getting passed by everyone to the point it was embarrassing.
