We never want ads to feel invasive; they help keep the app free, but they shouldn’t get in your way. We’re already reviewing ad frequency and placement to dial things back. I should not have to pay for you to put a security app on any of my devices it should truly FREE  !!! I can’t afford all your extras !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am tired of paying for service that I never get, why is my Adblocker always turning off and why am I getting all of these warnings that my information is being leaked and I am not getting anything from you

Let’s get you protected and back to getting the value you paid for. A few quick checks that usually fix this:
- Make sure your subscription shows as active in the application.
- In Safari browser’s Extensions, confirm the ad blocker is toggled On and allowed in private/incognito.
- If Adblock still keeps turning off, check the latest version of the app.
