Stop invading ads!!!!!

**Developer response:** Yikes—sorry about the pop-up overload. I totally get how frustrating that feels. We never want ads to feel invasive; they help keep the app free, but they shouldn’t get in your way. We’re already reviewing ad frequency and placement to dial things back. Thanks for calling this out—we appreciate it and will do better.

### 1/5 — Review of this Ad blocker for Security !!!! Considering what I payed for  my iPhone  and 3 iPads

I should not have to pay for you to put a security app on any of my devices it should truly FREE  !!! I can’t afford all your extras !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keeping people safe online is our whole mission, and we wish everything could be free. The reality is that ongoing threat research, blocklist updates, servers, and support do cost money, which is why we offer optional paid features.

That said, the extras are just that-optional. If you’re on a tight budget, we’re happy to help you use the app without add-ons and make sure you’re not paying for anything you don’t need. 

We appreciate you speaking up-it helps us do better. If there are specific features you feel should be free, we’d love to hear which ones.

I am tired of paying for service that I never get, why is my Adblocker always turning off and why am I getting all of these warnings that my information is being leaked and I am not getting anything from you

**Developer response:** Hi there. Thank you for speaking up, and I’m really sorry for the frustration. If my ad blocker kept switching off and I kept seeing scary “data leak” warnings, I’d feel the same way.

Let’s get you protected and back to getting the value you paid for. A few quick checks that usually fix this:
- Make sure your subscription shows as active in the application.
- In Safari browser’s Extensions, confirm the ad blocker is toggled On and allowed in private/incognito.
- If Adblock still keeps turning off, check the latest version of the app.

Installed this morning & it hasn’t stopped any pop up’s or any advertisements grrrr. Paid for it & calling bank to reverse the payment I made for 1 year of Pro 🤬🤬
