There is no way out of the free trial and no alert before you are automatically billed for a year. Developer refused to give even partial refund. **Developer response:** Sorry you had billing issues. Unfortunately Apple doesn’t let developers manage any subscriptions or offer refunds to users - its all managed through iTunes. It is sketchy but it’s the only way Apple allows payments on its platform. If you contact Apple support they can give you a refund. Sorry again you had a negative experience. ### 1/5 — Wont let u open if don't get pro *2018-08-14* What kind of free app don't let the user use the app? This will not even let you access the dashboard without using pro trial. The app should be put on paid app category. **Developer response:** Hey AppleAref. Верните деньги и удалите мой аккаунт пожалуйста! ### 1/5 — It's a trap *2018-07-07* I signed up for free trial for one week to just check it out but now that it's installed there is no easy way to cancel your subscription within the app. Account Settings? Where is that? Contact me? How? No information is listed. The only way to connect is via FB messenger which I don't have. And the ad spend numbers for my accounts are not even accurate to start with. **Developer response:** Hello, sorry for any confusion. We certainly don’t want you to feel like this is a trap. Apple actually doesn’t let developers cancel subscriptions on behalf of users. You can view all of your subscriptions in your Apple Account settings and cancel any subscription from there. We provide you with a 7-day free trial to make sure you’re getting value from the app before you commit to a purchase. I’ll be setting up other support channels soon for folks that don’t use Facebook Messenger. This app helps us stay on top of our campaigns and see what is ROI positive. Highly recommended ### 4/5 — Good app but *2018-07-22* The overall UI is good. It is very basic in design but tells you good info at a glance. I wish I had access to all the data on FB ads mgr (conversion values etc). There is actually no way to opt out of the free trial. According to their privacy policy there’s an option to turn off autopay under “account” but that doesn’t seem to be the case. So BEWARE. It is not the most intuitive app exp, there’s some link clicking and searching you’ll have to do to get custom info but there are good metrics available. **Developer response:** Thanks for the review! Also, sorry the subscription management was unclear, all Apple subscriptions are managed through your iTunes Account settings. Apple doesn't let developers cancel subscriptions on behalf of users.
