I have been trying to reset my password for at least six months. Every time I try it locks me out and says I’ve tried too many times. I have tried telephone help and I have tried chat help and nothing works. This app is literally set up in the worst way, you cannot change the password when you need to. Even when I'm in the basement, it's faster to walk upstairs and use the keypad than wait for the app. When I come in through the garage, I open the app to disarm the system, but it takes so long to connect that I end up using the key fob instead. It does not turn red to alert me that it’s armed.
