It’s great for turning on or off our security system when away from home. It also allows for scheduling times to automatically turn off or on the system. However, I believe Pulse is missing two important features: A way to activate the “Arm Night” feature, and “Emergency Fire or Panic” feature, both of which can only be done using our ADT touchscreen panel. Why can’t these two essential features be included in the ADT Pulse app? How else can we set off our alarm from inside our safe room during a home invasion, or from the safety of being outside our home after evacuating it during a fire? I navigated to forget pw site. Trying to reset pw and nothing happened, according to instruction the system supposed to set confirmation to my email, but nothing happened, never got any emails and application does not show any signs that it actually sending email. So I’m not able to use the ADT pulse app, when it actually needed! Even when I'm in the basement, it's faster to walk upstairs and use the keypad than wait for the app. When I come in through the garage, I open the app to disarm the system, but it takes so long to connect that I end up using the key fob instead.
