How is the app not working at all apparently a better upgrade?! Ever since you “updated” the app last week it hasn’t worked!

Never seems to want to work in the morning. Go to check my stuff anywhere between 7 and 9 am and it says we are having technical difficulties. My day starts at 7 I want to be able to check my stuff in the morning. This is a weekly issue not a once in awhile thing.
