Generic CS response. *2024-11-08* FaceID for the app was disabled on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. When I try to reenable, it crashes. I tried uninstalling the app and restarting my device. No email or notifications when file denied for ridiculous reasons. Updated the claim and never heard anything! One big weakness, you can only attach receipts from Camera or Photos on iPhone app. What if the receipt is not a photo, for example a pdf?
