認定車買う際、ディーラーの薦めで購入しました。ネット上の評価が悪かったのでアプリで確認したら、時々しか録画がされておらず、フォーマット後からまったく録画されなくなりました。

保証期間若干過ぎた頃に接続出来無くなるように設定されてる機械。ディーラーに見セルだけで1万は必要と言われ、見たら完全に壊れてるのだと言われ。BMWに対する信頼がガタ落ち。
似たよう事がネット上に多く出ていたので、今後はもうBMWで製品を買わない事に決意。

I struggle to connect and stay connected when viewing videos - the app just shuts down or freezes randomly. The worst dash cam set up ever - expensive too. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Приложение ещё куда не шло. Но сам регистратор живет своей жизнью. Может просто перестать писать видео пока не отформатируешь флешку.

Unglaublich, dass ein premium Hersteller so ein Produkt zum Verkauf zulässt. Die App ist instabil und schlecht, als ob diese noch in der Entwicklungsphase ist. Außerdem ging meine erste Kamera kaputt (ein Hardwareproblem was auch viele andere haben). Traurig, dass BMW für so ein schlechtes Produkt so viel Geld verlangt. Nie wieder BMW Zubehör!

Ich nutze die BMW ACE 2.0 Kamera seit einiger Zeit und musste leider mehrfach erhebliche Probleme feststellen. Insbesondere die Stabilität der Softwareversion 1.50 lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Regelmäßig erhalte ich Fehlermeldungen bezüglich angeblich defekter oder inkompatibler SD-Karten, obwohl unterschiedliche Karten getestet wurden und diese in anderen Geräten problemlos funktionieren.

Besonders kritisch sehe ich, dass die Kamera bei Auftreten dieses Fehlers die Aufnahmen stoppt oder gar löscht, wodurch in potenziell gefährlichen Situationen keine Videoaufzeichnungen verfügbar sind. Das beeinträchtigt erheblich die Kernfunktion der Kamera, nämlich Sicherheit zu gewährleisten.

Als Softwareentwickler mit fundierten Kenntnissen sowohl im Bereich Hardware als auch Software habe ich den Hersteller mehrmals auf das Problem aufmerksam gemacht. Leider erhielt ich entweder keine Antwort oder pauschale Aussagen, die auf einen Hardwaredefekt hindeuteten, obwohl das Problem offensichtlich softwareseitig ist. Der Support zeigt sich bislang nicht bereit, die Softwareproblematik einzugestehen oder eine nachhaltige Lösung anzubieten.

I’ve tried everything contacted BMW and no one is able to help me to connect from the dash cam to my phone is there any other ways I can connect or you guys have a place I can go to get it checked or fixed as I can’t connect to it. If you can help please let me know as that would mean the world to me.

調子が悪いので、パスワードをリセットして、また出荷時の状態にしましたが、デフォルトパスワード変更から先に進みません。
アンドロイドからではデフォルトパスワードを変更出来ますが、そのパスワードでiPhoneでは接続出来ないです。アプリの修正をしてもらえませんか

保証期間を若干、過ぎた頃に接続出来ない事に気が付き、ディーラーで見てもらったが完全に壊れていて修理も出来ないとの事。
余りにも同じ様な事がネット上に出ていたのです言うと、ディーラーにあった在庫商品と交換してくれたのだが、半年で同じ状況に😥
こんな粗悪品をBMWの名を冠して販売している事が本当に不思議で仕方ない💦

Nachdem ich mich zwei Jahre mit der mangelnden Funktionalität der App und der Kamera herum geschlagen habe, geht seit gestern gar nichts mehr. Die App fragt ein Passwort ab und baut keine Verbindung mehr auf trotz Eingabe des Passwortes. Trotz Factory Reset, keine Verbesserung. Ich lasse das Ding jetzt drin und hoffe, dass der Käufer meines Bayerische Motoren Werke besser damit umgehen kann.

いつからかは不明ですが、気付いたら録画されなくなっておりました。
ディーラーで見てもらったら完全に壊れているとのこと、もう保証期間も切れているし、生産も終わっているため修理もできないそう。
MINIの純正で取付工賃含めて10万円弱、決して安いレコーダーじゃないのにこんなに早く壊れる物ですかね。
次はディーラーの海外製ではなくて、知り合いの車屋さんでユピテルかコムテックの全方位カメラの取付をしてもらうことにします。

Die ACE 2.0 ist der größte Schrott, den sich BMW von einem Zulieferer hat andrehen lassen. Hardware wie Software - seitig als auch die App ist einem Premium - Hersteller nicht würdig. Für ein 0815 - Hersteller für die Hälfte des aufgerufenen Preises bekommt man woanders mehr Qualität und ein funktionierendes Produkt.

Приложение максимально лагающее. При выгрузке более одной записи вылетает, не показывает большую часть записей, приходится смотреть с компьютера. Просто в приложении минутная запись в 01:20 снята и следующая может быть в 01:50. Такое ощущение что приложении отдали на аутсорс школьникам, которые делали его на уроке информатики.

ちょっと酷いですね
故障したようで駐車モードがうまく作動せず録画されっぱなしで車のバッテリーをだいぶ消耗されました
スマホ連携してるので状態をかくにしようとWi-Fiで繋いでみたら「接続できません」との事
使いもんになんないっすね
唯一のいいところは付け外しが簡単な事ですね
USB-Cでの接続なので左に引っ張れば外れます

Brought a mini jcw with the camera fitted asked support for help twice now with the same answer both times. Will not let me access the app off line just keeps asking for password that I do then when I try and connect offline as instructed it goes back to ask for password. Absolute rubbish in my opinion and just taking up room on the windshield as I cannot use it.

Подключиться тел к регистратору получается только один раз (как только запускаешь машину), потом никак, скачать что-то с регистратора невозможно, сразу отваливается и потом уже не подключается, регистратор живет своей жизнью, достал уже, сил нет!

Verbindung zwischen Kamera und APP schlecht herstellbar und instabil. Wenn nachträglich z.B. Änderungen im Setup vorgenommen werden wollen, dreht sich die Uhr und es erfolgt keine Reaktion mehr. Abbruch nur durch W-LAN Abschaltung möglich. Insgesamt zu teuer und für ein BMW Produkt unterirdisch.

Please make an update for the 17th iPhone. I am repairing these cameras and after the restoration they work technically perfectly. But owners of 17 iPhones face great discomfort when using the app. I really ask you, please update the app for iphone 17. Thousands of people will be grateful to you, including me.

BMWのロゴ入りなので統一感が出て、見た目的にも気に入っている。
他メーカー車のアプリも使っているが、そちらが全く使えないのでBMWの方は…Good！

Never had a problem, this is my second car I have had them fitted to, always work flawlessly and the app is great (as long as you follow instructions regarding CarPlay) much better than the nextbase app which drove me crazy.

After the update early 2021 , I set the camera to radar off when parked because in busy car park my car displays high battery discharge. The app says its off but the camera still triggers recording. 
Thank for the fast response to my issue. Copied the file mentioned to SD card and the camera read it on power up, and now it works correctly. Thanks again. I do use parked features, but not often.

Reading a lot of negative reviews but noticed most of them follow a few common threads. Incompatible with CarPlay and a June 2020 issue causing the cameras to require a manual firmware update. 

My experience, not having CarPlay, has been very good. The app is reliable, a bit slow, and I have no problems with the hardware that was fitted by Snows Mini. The Windows client is way more useful for viewing journeys but the app is great for the odd Parking Event recording and setting up the system with the right options. 

The documentation doesn’t mention the maximum size of SD card however so I would like to find that out. I’m assuming it could be 128Gb? The supplied SD card is a little small for having parking mode on 24/7 on a busy street.

Regarding your SD card request: We only recommend using the enclosed microSD card, as this MLC (Multi Layer Card) is of the highest quality with at least 10,000 write cycles and has "Class 10" write speed. You can try it with a bigger SD card with the same specifications on your own risk.

I have a new BMW X5M50i and had this installed.

Read the reviews and was worried I purchased a dud.

Read the instructions about how to log in.  Once I did this it works perfectly.

Excellent recording and meets exactly everything I need.
