## What is Advanced Dual N?

Advanced Dual N-Back is a focused working-memory training app for people who want a serious cognitive exercise, not another noisy brain-game toy.

HOW IT WORKS

In each session, a sequence of positions and sounds is presented simultaneously. Your task: identify when the current stimulus matches the one from N steps back. As you improve, N increases, keeping you at the edge of your working-memory capacity.

THE SCIENCE
