ضمن سلام و تشکر ، برنامه تون مدتیه که مشکل پیدا کرده ؛ گاهی هنگ می کنه و برنامه بسته میشه ، همچنین سرعت خیلی پایین آمده. زمان زیادیه که آپدیت ندادید. این بهترین دیکشنری فارسی هست که من سالها استفاده می کنم و حیفه که کیفیتش پایین بیاد. ممنونم

I have been working with AEPD dictionary for more than 9 years but recently it doesn’t work right, the app automatically closes and a black page showed , or suddenly dose not show the meaning and pronunciation while we are working with it, To continue working with the app, we must close it completely and open it again. 
and also the Category option on the right top corner doesn’t work for more that 2-3 years.

But one complaint:
I bought this app without audio pronunciations some 10 years ago,(IOS4.3.3) it was fine, then the developer set the audio and creat other but same app without audio for $5. Now I don’t want audio pronunciations and I CANNOT BUY IT AGAIN. do I have right to freely download the-without-pronunciation-app?without paying again? 
The apps miss lots of professional words too! But It’s great for learners and teachers of educational matters.

I love this app, it has most words and very much up to date in terms of vocabulary.
Though within the latest update ( around 8-12 months i guess) for some reason the app doesn’t play the pronunciations anymore! Which is pretty disappointing because it was a very good one though!
I tried checking the settings and everything but didn’t find any options to enable that.

Thank you !  It is really helpful however There are some problem with the new update, it  pronouce neither the words itself nor the examples below each. The category of words in the previous version in bookmarks is now deleted and I cant see any of the words I saved before .

Until the latest version of ios 12 ,I would have given this app 5 star,however,after releasing ios 13 ,I faced so many bugs which are irriating!!!the pronouncing field is not working at all.all bookmarked vocabularies have vanished after the update and the multi-tasking on ipad becomes awful!such a shame after all these years of support and great updates such awesome app becomes like this!I have to admit that the accuracy is great and if the bugs will be eliminated I will definately give it 5star!

سلام آقای فرزاد راشوند
من این نرم‌افزار و ۳ نرم‌افزار دهخدا و معین و عمید رو سال ۲۰۱۵ از شما خریدم و خیلی تا الان راضی بودم،زمانی که ios13 رو نصب کردم دیگه نتونستم جز این نرم‌افزار سه نرم‌افزار دیگه رو نصب کنم یعنی در لیست خریده شده‌ها موجود نیست،و باید دوباره پول بدم،البته در تاریخچه خرید‌های من تاریخ و ساعت خرید دقیق مشخص هست اما در لیست خریداری شده موجود نیست.الان که دقت میکنم میبینم که برای بقیه افراد هم همین اتفاق افتاده ،از طریق‌سایتتون براتون ایمیل زدم که پاسخ ندادین،دلیل اینکه اینجا پیام میدم این هست که فقط این نرم‌افزار نصب شد و اجازه نوشتن ریویوو داشتم.

Hi

   They wrote a series of apps and put them in the App Store and we bought them.
   But the programs are not supported in any way
   For a long time, every time I try to pronounce the word in the dictionary, the program crashes and jumps out.
   This problem has been around for almost 2 years and they have not fixed it in several iOS updates.
   Please respect the consumer and address these issues.

آقای رشوند شما دو نسخه متفاوت از لغت‌نامه‌های دهخدا، معین و عمید رو گذاشتید توی اپ استور. من حتی قبلا که از برنامه‌های خریداری شده خودم استفاده می‌کردم، ورژن جدید همین سه تا فرهنگ رو توی تو استور دیدم و تعجب کردم که چرا نسخه قبلی رو بیخیال شدید و ورژن جدید ساختید. اما الان میبینم هر سه نسخه قدیمی‌تر از اپ استور غیب شدند. حتی توی خریدهای خودمم نیستند! یعنی من هیچ دسترسی به برنامه‌های خریداری شده خودم ندارم. حالا با باید بیخیال اون سه تا بشم یا باید مجدداً بخرم؟ چرا؟ چه به شما ربط داشته باشه چه به اپل، شما باید پاسخگو باشید. پول برنامه رو گرفتید و باید پاسخ کاربر رو بدین. برنامه‌ها رایگان نبوده که بگید پولی ندادی طلبی هم نداری! من سه تا برنامه از شما طلب دارم و شما مدیون من و همه خریداران برنامه‌هاتون هستید. یا پولش رو برگردونید یا امکان خرید مجانی نسخه‌های فعلی رو فراهم کنید.

خیلی وقته که کار کردن با این نرم افزار آزار دهند است.
خیلی تعجب آور هست که اپ که پول دادی بابتش اجازه کپی معنی رو نمیده... حتی چیزی رو که خودت تایپ کردی. از این بابت خیلی خاصه.

بعضی کلمه ها تو دیکشنری تخصصی آکسفورد و لانگمن ۵ یا ۶ تا معنی داره ولی این دیکشنری ۲۰ تا معنی داره. که هیچ کجا همچین معانی نمیده.

سرچ فارسیش هم به شدت ضعیفه. حتی ترجمه ای که خودش کرده رو توی لیستش نمیاره.

بنظر میاد مالک این اپ، یک برنامه نویسی رو استخدام کرده، پدرش رو درآورده بعد برنامه نویس قهر کرده رفته یه جای دیگه مثلا خارج. (شوخی)

Don’t Buy from this Developer (Farzad Rashvand). He asks for money with each update!
از فرزاد راشوند خرید نکنید. اولا به صاحبان اصلی اثر هیچ چیزی پرداخت نمیکند. دوما برای آپدیت اپلیکیشنهای معین و دهخدا دوباره درخواست پول میکند. یعنی پول سازگاری برنامه شما با آی او اس ۱۳ را ما باید پرداخت کنیم؟

This is such a great, indispensable tool for anyone dealing with English/Persian (and vice versa) at any level. I’ve been using it for many years now - both on iOS and on macOS - and would be totally lost without it. Definitely the most comprehensive, well designed English dictionary app for Persian speakers. Works just fine and is so intuitive as well. Together with Dehkhoda, Moin, and Amid Persian dicts, it makes for a powerful, wonderful experience of looking up words and finding your way (for some odd reason, I can’t write a review under those apps or bundles they come in, so I just use this section to say how awesome they are; can’t imagine living without ‘em). Shout-out to developer 🙌🏻👏🏻👌🏻👍🏻

The best persian to english and english to persian dictionary. The app is always up-to-date. It’s nice and clean. It’s a full reference. Examples, idioms, synonyms, antonyms and etc.

Hi, firstly i have to thank you for this great and complete dictionary but there are some issues that just appeared after i went into ios 13;
1- I used to tap on the words and sentences to hear the voice and correct pronunciations but after the update everything vanished! It was a really useful and functional ability but now users are unable to take advantage of it.
2- In the settings, when we choose “select voice” item,  there is no options to select except an empty blank! And it happened only after the upgrade!
3- when i mute my iPhone, every sound in the application stops to play, whereas before the update it wasn’t like this and i could have heard the voices while the phone had been muted.
I would be grateful if you fix these little bugs as soon as possible because most of my daily works and educational tasks rely on this perfect dictionary.

سلام از قضا من هم رشوند هستم، محمد رشوند. اولاً که دیکشنری بسیار خوب و کارامدی ساختید و جداً دوستش دارم. این رو به خاطر رشوند بودنمون نمی‌گم، واقعاً یکی از بهترین دیکشنری‌هایت. من توی قسمت بوکمارک مشکل دارم با اینکه کلمات ذخیره شده در هر پوشه‌ای بدون ترتیب الفبایی یا زمان ذخیره‌سازی و به صورت به هم ریخته و بدون هیچ قاعده‌ای کنار هم قرار می‌گیرند و مثلا من برای پیدا کردن یک کلمه خاص که ذخیره کردم باید کلی اسکرول کنم تا پیداش کنم. لطفاً توی به روزرسانی‌های آتی این مشکل رو برظرف کنید به طوری که لغات ذخیره شده با قاعده و ترتیب مشخصی پشت سر هم قرار بگیرند.
