App stopped sending notifications to my phone when there is motion

I have two cameras in my mom’s room as she has dementia and requires monitoring. They are set up for the motion sensor to send alerts to my phone and two caregivers’ phones. It works sometimes, but then, without any reason I can identify, the alerts stop pushing to one or more of our phones. I’ve checked all the notification settings, both in the app and on the iPhone’s settings, and I can not find any reason it shouldn’t work. I also can’t find any way to report this issue or request assistance. Notifications for all our other apps are working without any issues. This is getting bad enough that I believe I will need to buy different cameras for use.

Cuando entro a la app para ver qué pasa con mi hogar se llega a tardar hasta 9 minutos en agarrar la señal y construir un canal cifrado, le puse el modem y un receptor de señal muy cerca y tampoco agarra, definitivamente pesima elección.

Sus dispositivos funcionan a medias, a veces graban a veces no, las funciones se desactivan y hay que reiniciar desde la cámara.

We have cameras at two Baja vacation homes. When they are fun the views are good. One camera has been down since last Saturday and we have great Starlink service. The other camera is on and off frequently. Right now neither are working and we are UNHAPPY customers!!!

No se puede conectar con Google Home y tampoco con Alexa
Los agrega Google pero aparecen sin conexión , no pude hacerlo 
Y con Alexa nunca se pudieron asociar 
Pero usando la App Advance Home , funciona bien

Te equivocaste en el menu de opciones dise dipositivo y abajo en elminiar ya dise otra vez dispositivo pero bien escrito ajajaja
