Andvanced what a useless company another one to add on the list... ### 1/5 — Sooooo about that update *2017-11-06, version 1.2* Finally it’s here! It just doesn’t work. The app still says disconnected when the device is plugged in and I still get the error accessory not supported. I wanted this to work so badly. This device is great in theory. ### 1/5 — Never a smooth update *2017-10-20, version 1.1* Locked up at 10% this time. This app has never worked properly. Not a single firmware update was without issue (on two different Accessports). On top of that, the Accessport still emits a hissing sound on high-end headphones. I highly recommend avoiding the Accessport as well as this app. Update: I was able to update the Accessport by completely resetting the iPhone's memory. You can do this by restarting your device or, the faster way, press and hold the power button until the power slider appears on the screen, then press and hold the home button until the screen is dismissed. That worked. It never works. Any apple product I have tried it with says it is not supported. App never shows it being connected. I tried to get my money back from the company and all they did was send a replacement unit which has the exact same problems. A great idea with a great physical design but terrible internal issues. Took less than two minutes in total, with it plugged in already and music was playing. No issues at all. No restarting. No weird noises. Charges just fine. ### 5/5 — Accessport High-resolution Audio Amplifier works fine *2017-11-11, version 1.2.2* After uprgading firmware of my Accessport High-resolution Audio Amplifier it works as a sound DAC-Amplifier fine. But Earphone inline volume Up and Down control now is disabled on all my MFI headpones!!!
