Figured out the press and hold for photos, but still a pain. ### 3/5 — Camera *2022-12-26, version 1.6.7* While filling up the form it suddenly vanished everything and then you have to open it again and start from the scratch, second thing to fix is when you click on the camera for pictures it turns off and not going to camera ### 2/5 — Very buggy *2017-07-25, version 1.6.7* I use this app for work, it contains everything I need but crashes a lot! The app will close meaning all the information from the form is gone. It's especially buggy when I have taken lots of photos in each form. I regularly clear the cache but this doesn't seem to help. Please could you look into making this more stable! ### 2/5 — Started out great but.... *2015-11-16* The web app is so limited. You cannot copy fields, can't rearrange them. The web app has all kind of bugs that mean you waste huge a,outs of time. Field guys complained that some of their submission disappeared. Do you really want to make it better? If you set it up so anytime data to be entered is numerical, the keyboard opens up for numerical entries it would be better. Likewise anytime the data to be entered is letters, the keyboard should open for alphabetic entries. Another improvement would be to distinguish between forms that require user entries, and lists of information (like Commonwealth Procedures) that give guidance to the user. For the lists, don't offer the capability to save or submit when closing or exiting from the lists. The feature, archiving, or saving, or submitting, is only needed on forms where the user is entering data like a pickup time, or mileage, or fuel amount. These are small things but small details make the difference between very good and excellent. The exported data is handy to compile in Excel or any other spreadsheet. Designing the forms is fun. I like the ability to paste a list of items to populate within the form creation program. When I tap a text field, the keyboard comes up in landscape and the screen goes very strange. Unusable. Pricing info not on website, info available only signup. Overall a bad experience. ### 1/5 — Do Not Use - Extremely Buggy *2012-06-26* Be very careful when using this service. The cost is reasonable, but the firms do not work consistently and we encountered all kinds of errors and problems that support could never fix. We discontinued this service after months of work and costs to set up. The database regularly lost firm data and our users in the field constantly complained of the program locking up. The only way to fix problems was to delete the program and reinstall, which shows how buggy and unreliable it is. I could not be more disappointed. Even our sales rep, BJ, that works for Actsoft says she has lost expense reports if a character is in the wrong place...too sensitive, buggy, and simply unreliable. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Now all sorted, and working well! *2017-03-10, version 1.6.3* Originally I wrote a review stating that I tried for over a week and was unable to register to get the activation link needed..meaning the product was useless! However, after posting on their Facebook page I received a reply within a few hours giving me an email address to use to contact them. I was emailed straight back by a nice guy from the Marketing Dept who said he would pass on my details straight away to someone who would get things sorted. True to his word in less than an hour I had my activation link as well as the other details I needed. After trying the app and the online version to create the forms it works first time and is really amazing!! I have every document that used to be on paper, now loaded to this app. The money I used to spend of paper and ink has more than paid for this app. Plus there is no handwritting issues or missing information with the required fields.
