e-scribe issues, updates and maintenance cause significant problems every time, wait times on hold too long, problem partially resolved after a 45min phone call explaining that problem plus wait time

None of the training videos can be opened in the app and Keeps giving an alert that browser used is not supported and to use safari or chrome. I tried both as my default browser + deleted & re-downloaded the app but still get the same error msg. 
Telehealth appointments do not show a Telehealth icon in the app as they do online, so difficult to tell apart from in-person appts. 
Scheduler keeps freezing and has some delay in refreshing to reflect changing made online. 
Also, difficult to switch from one provider schedule to another or view several provider schedules at the same time. 
The app has potential, but please fix.

Suddenly, the app does not work this week. It does not allow me to login.  It says “the data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format” “the data is not in the correct format”  then only option is to click “ok”.

I tried deleting it, restarting my phone, reinstalling it then after installation window pops up and says “using a third party keyboard is a liability”.   Which the only option to respond is to click “yes”. 

The I typed in my password.  tried pasting in my password and the same message pops up about data not being in the correct format. 

This is extremely frustrating.  There’s enough bugs in the website app and now this.  I may be switching EHRs.

Overall, it works OK as an EHR app. However, when I switched to single sign on for my company, the app stopped working that was frustrating and it makes it difficult to use when my laptop is down.
