It honestly looks like something from the 90s. The interface is cluttered, the graphics and fonts feel old, and it doesn’t follow modern mobile app design standards. I hope the developers consider a complete redesign with a cleaner, more modern look. Banking apps should feel polished and inspire confidence, and this one definitely needs a refresh. ### 1/5 — System error *2024-12-14, version 5.0.4* If I could give 0 stars i definitely would. ### 3/5 — Unintuitive *2024-12-12, version 5.0.4* They send a card and no way to activate it by phone online or app without an account number. They don’t provide the account number with the card and the only way to set a password or reset a password is with an account number which is impossible to access. I have locked my account numerous times over the security questions that I answer properly, it’s trash. It almost feels like a won the lottery when I actually log in. Tried to contact the customer service but they just want me to change my password which is insane since already told to her that I can log in using their website. I tried to speak out to her but still insisting that I change my password. They don’t even have a clue that this app is not working. I have 4 friends having the same issue but they are not acknowledging it. Just a BIG sight…. ### 1/5 — Meh *2024-03-30, version 5.0.1* I have error messages when trying to log in sometimes. It'll say "user doesn't exist" and then I try again multiple times and it works. Also, it takes entirely too long to lock and unlock my card. I find myself transferring my money to cash app more often than I'd like, so that way I can lock and unlock with ease. The app has to be the worst app I’ve ever used. It’s almost impossible to log in, check balances, transfer, or perform any services. It never loads. No matter how many times they update it, NONE of the issues are ever resolved. The video chat featured was amazing, they answer in a minute and stayed with me during the process of what I needed to do.
