App will randomly close in the middle of making a payment. Also I was told my account was unlocked and went to get in and it still says it’s locked. Super inconvenient when they aren’t open on Saturdays

This app used to work until lately. Now it says I need to visit the App Store to download the update. When I go to the App Store, there is no update to download.

Great app! Most recent update, maybe, deposits have the wrong icon. It has the withdrawal icon. Except for banking deposits like the cash back.

I’ve been a customer less than a year but have had the best experiences with Advantage. Prompt service, easy to use online app, always answer the phone and usually instant replies via email. Can’t speak highly enough about this institution!!

Great app but there are some bugs on here. What is listed as my “checking account” is actually my savings and what’s listed as my “savings account” is actually my checking. 🤷‍♀️ I’ve also had trouble with my debit card. Maybe my card isn’t the problem maybe it’s me... idk other than that haven’t had any other problems. 👍🏼😅
