When I have enquired about charge. They said its an administration fee. For toll where other rental just charge 4 dollar. Dont book a car from advantage there are lots of hidden fee. ### 1/5 — No login to view existing reservations. Lame. *2018-03-19, version 1.0.2* This app is horrible. Instead of a login screen you have to select a pickup site and date; drop off site and date to get past the first screen. What if you simply want to open the app to see existing reservations or to change existing reservations? There no way to do this. App is only good to make an initial reservation. Just allows basic feature like making a reservation. Horrible horrible horrible, I deleted the app after it kicked me out 5 times in a row. ### 1/5 — Can’t use expressway through the app *2019-10-27, version 4.0.2* The app doesn’t allow me to use expressway login because my email has a - ( dash in it) . The latter two indicate invalid postal code format even though I tried it with a space, no space and a hyphen. The app asks for the postal code but then it will only accept numbers. Incredibly frustrating and quite frankly almost unbelievable. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2019-03-25, version 2.4* Keeps saying wrong password. When prompted to reset password to the email listed- no reset password was sent.. says it will be emailed in minutes- it’s been hours and nothing yet.. really aggravating. Says a lot about about your mobile app development staff and your quality and testing procedures. The version history is mostly copy-paste. Also, putting privacy policy in your description is not same as someone accepting it. Hire an expert who can help with all this, and please don’t be a cheap. If you pay peanuts, you gonna get.... ### 1/5 — Worst app and website ever *2019-03-08, version 2.3* I create a profile about a year ago now i cant login and i can’t reset my password cuz i kept doing it and i never get a email back now i decided to create a new one with my other email and this crappie website and app keep on telling me wrong email or password imagine i just create the profile so how is it wrong information smh ## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — New app *2018-02-27, version 1.0.2* I do quite a bit of travel for work, so it makes it easy to get a car reserved and get on the road. ### 3/5 — Basic and functional *2019-01-07, version 2.2* I didn’t have the same experience as the 1-star reviewer I read. I was able to find my existing reservation by knowing it’s confirmation number. And once I became a rewards member, and logged in to this app, I could see all my reservations and their reservation numbers as well. No details about how to find their pickup location from the airport though.
