This tells me they are not communicating with my creditors. Recently I came into some money and was able to pay them more than enough to settle every account. Not only have they paid no one off with the extra funds, but they are still taking payments out of my account. I would not trust these people. So I did and ask them for some resolution regarding my last issue and was told the exact same thing that one of their agents told me was that I would have to deposit more money in order to get an additional settlement even though it was headed to court. I have begged and pleaded with them to please settle my account because I keep getting collection letters .
