Welcome to the Advantis App. With this App you can login and register using your reference and PIN code from any letter you receive from us. You can also make a one-off payment, spread the cost by setting up a payment plan via direct debit, view a summary of account payments, edit your contact details, send us a message and request that we call you back at a time convenient to you. We have added an alert to let you know if you have had an issue with a Payment Plan, and guide you through possible solutions. With this version's new App Alerts, we can let you know if a payment plan has just been set up, a payment is due in the next day, or the plan fails. We will also alert you if there has been a response from Client to a query you have submitted. Read their trust pilot. *2021-08-24, version 2.41* Received a letter asking me to pay a VAT bill for HRMC but I’m not vat registered.
