Making a payment 2. Setting up a payment plan 3. Anything billing related The issue: 1. Get ready to be asked to log in MULTIPLE times with a verification code being sent each time. (Log in, verification; open up billing — click and go through log in and verification 3+ times EVERY time) 2. Once the system recognizes you’re logged in you will need your guarantor number memorized or easily on hand. if you don’t have the number memorized or don’t have it easily accessible, you will be unable to do anything with billing (view bill, set up a plan, or make a payment). I have multiple apps for healthcare and Advent is the ONlY one that requires typing in an account number/guarantor number to access billing information AFTER already requiring a log in with verification. 3. Once you’ve accessed your bill, it will only allow payment toward the bill; no option for setting up a payment plan (no go if you’ve recently already made a payment) Checking out troubleshooting tips on the app or website? The FAQs state you should be able to do things like set up a payment plan online but if you need further troubleshooting, clicking into the FAQ will bring up page not found errors Part of the purpose of using the app is not having to call every time you need something or having to worry about not being able to make payments, etc outside of office hours. I have needed to call in every time to make a payment and set up a plan; kinda defeats the purpose. ### 2/5 — Online/mail order refills no longer available *2026-08-06, version 3.4.2* For years I’ve gotten my 90-day supply of medication online. Now, I can’t get either if them mail order or even request them via my chart. Maybe part of it has nothing to do with the site but you would think they would do what was necessary to at least be able to request to have your doctor send to a local pharmacy. I’m irritated because I can’t get auto-refills, can’t get them mail order, and can’t even request them in my chart even though I used to be able to do all of these things. When my husband was in the hospital I was very well informed about how and what was happening. Everyone was very understanding, professional and friendly. We were at the “ new “ hospital on Palm Coast Pkwy this last time and had excellent staff and care. They literally saved his life. We also have been to Advent on 100 and had very similar experiences. Thank you all for doing what you do and for the way you do it. This my second Community Care experience with AdventHeath and have not been disappointed. Everyone from the reception desk to nursing staff to specialist and doctors has been nothing but positive. My first experience with AdventHeath was in Urology and ended up having both a Urolift and a TURP. When I was being sent for the MRA, I requested AdventHealth. If the opportunity occurs again for Community Care, I will continue requesting AdventHealth East. Thank you AdventHeath team. I get behind on taking medications because I cannot rely on the meds to be shipped when they should or you’d expect them. The desk person said I was not in the system, although I received a phone prompt for my visit to arrive at 7:15 am for an 7:45 am appointment. I showed this communication to the 1st desk person who was checking me in. By that time I sat down, a newly updated prompt came thru to check in at 9 am on 5:13... apparently this overrode my initial check in. This caused me to miss an IV infusion that was my next appointment. It keeps doing it. Make it stop. Also the message your medical doctor/ team has never worked. This is not a patient portal.
