I personally don’t really like all the extra mechanics like the micro transactions and events, it feels to me like they’re just padding to extend playtime but all in all, not a bad game. Also contains forced ads which get a bit annoying. ### 2/5 — Bad update *2026-08-29, version 9.26.1* I’ve played this game a LOT and I’ve spend some money on it. I enjoy getting the month long 20 gold bars a day deal to play the events they have. A few days ago I repurchase the daily gold bar deal for the events and today I start the new event. They no longer use the gold bars??? And there’s virtually no deals for the new “jewels” used in the game. However it seems to be riddled with ads now and I can’t play it anymore without being connected to the internet? It’s like they want you to watch an ad before you actually start playing their game. Disgusting. I am currently at level three trying to get to level four I have no other way of getting XP other than to pay real money to get a mini juicer box. That’s the only way I can level up. I can’t unlock other worlds like the moon because I have to pay real money to level up. This is one of the most cancerous games I’ve seen. I used to play this as a child, everything used to be free. Ads used to be optional. You could choose to watch one in exchange for boosts, tokens, or other in-game rewards, which was completely reasonable. Now you can play for maybe 10 seconds, click to hire managers or purchase upgrades, and suddenly you’re forced to sit through an ad just to keep playing. There’s no choice and no real benefit for watching it. I understand developers need to make money, and I never had a problem with optional ads that rewarded you for watching them. But forcing ads during basic gameplay makes the game more frustrating than enjoyable. Do better devs and grow a spine and stand up to monetization of every game. I’ve watched dozens if not hundreds of ads since 2012 and spent $10 on this game and their response is spend more money or watch more ads. So hours of my life and money are not enough. And no I will not make another monthly subscription to play a mindless game for a few minutes a night just so you can pocket some more money from anyone who is dumb enough to pay it. Ai can make this game in ten minutes with minimal work without ads. This is so unjust I will never play a game by your company again. Now it’s when I open managers or upgrades. I can’t even play the game without first watching an add and they are 60 seconds long. it’s way too much. Roll back the ads and it will be good again. The devs have made it clear they won’t in other review responses and it’s a shame because I played this for ten years. I understand ads help support games but none should be unplayable without watching them.
