The app doesn’t work well. Multiple times getting locked out of the system as the 2 factor authentication does not work properly. 

Multiple hours wasted attempting to restore access. At the end choosing to end the digital relationship.

App constantly crashes whenever you try to check your account. Can’t access my money when I need it, going to switch to a different bank over this. It’s been months and nothing has gotten better.

This version of the app is not really information dense. I can only see a couple of transactions at a time because of all the padding and margins. It’s also annoying that I have to tap the Face ID button to login when I open the app.

They do ‘maintenance’ on the app at random time and it last longer than an hour preventing you from doing anything on the app including locking or unlocking card.

The old version of the App was more user friendly. It showed the account numbers when paying bills where this version where you may have multiples of same payer but different account numbers can only be seen when looking at the payees and not when actually going to pay bills which is very inconvenient and confusing.  Also the older version showed pending transactions either going out or being received much better than current version. Please consider fixing these issues in next update. Thank you.

This app update is awful. The app wasn’t great to begin with, but good grief. So disappointing.

They added more aesthetic features but being able to log in with Face ID or being able to view the amount in your account without logging in is gone. The least they could do is keep the features that made the app more likable. It also keeps my location open if I don’t actively close the app.

They unfortunately fell behind in updating their app, leaving Face ID broken when iOS 17 rolled out. To our surprise, they placed the blame squarely on Apple's shoulders. Even more disheartening, the mobile deposit function is now malfunctioning, consistently generating errors while reading check account information. It's almost as if they've mastered the art of deflecting responsibility. Here's hoping they can rectify these issues soon.
