### 4/5 — A re review

*2026-03-16*

My favorite of all iOS pinball games. Different zones/objectives and easy to see whats going on.

### 2/5 — Slow Response

*2026-01-30, version 1.0.8*

Hard to play with the laggy flipper presses.

### 4/5 — It’s good

*2024-05-07, version 1.0.6*

For the most part…

### 2/5 — Horrible controls!!!!!!

*2024-02-14, version 1.0.6*

Unplayable! Forget logic, you need to play as if the learning curve is how you manage to hit the ball before time and learn the ability to time traveler.

### 2/5 — Horrible controls, never fixed

*2022-04-25, version 1.0.3*

I have several other Game Stew games and love them. This one, however, is horrible. The flippers are not responsive half of the time. You have to press in the exact awkward spot, but even then, especially the right flipper doesn’t do anything. There is no way to contact the developer that I can find. I will be asking for a refund from Apple. The developer’s other games are fine, but I should have read the reviews of this one. It’s one of the worst games I’ve ever played. The concept is cool. But the UI is terrible. Avoid it. I regret buying it.

### 4/5 — A re review

*2022-03-21*

Seems to be working better with the flippers, maybe i have to build stamina? My favorite of all iOS pinball games.Fun!

### 3/5 — Needs fixes

*2021-03-13, version 1.0.1*

Really fun and creative game but it needs some serious stability updates to fix the flippers issue in this game. Sometimes the flippers do not register to tap and you end up losing the ball.

### 2/5 — Unresponsive

*2020-12-19*

The general concept of the game is very nice and i like the visual style!! But sadly... the flippers are quite unresponsive and sometimes just do not flip... or they lag behind

### 3/5 — Too frustrating

*2020-04-15, version 1.0.1*

Please add a casual mode with 50-70% ball speed. I love the idea, I love pinball but it’s barely playable. :(

### 2/5 — Almost Impossible to Play

*2020-04-15, version 1.0.1*

Great concept, love the Game Boy Pocket grayscale art style, and there are plenty of different screens/tables to keep me entertained.

However, this game is almost impossible to play because the left flipper only works about half the time, and it’s nothing but infuriating.

Also, the pause button and magnifying glass button are in a terrible location on the screen; they’re right where I want to have my thumbs to use the flippers. And the fact that the magnifying glass icon starts highlighting itself every time you enter a new screen because it wants you to press it and read about the goals in the room is super annoying. Why would I want to stop the action to read the goals? Either make the goals more apparent without instruction (which I actually think they are, so it’s redundant) or have the goals flash on screen like every other video pinball game on the market.

This has the potential to be a really fun game, but between the ONLY action input not working properly, and some questionable design and UI choices, I’ll probably never be able to actually enjoy it.

Definitely do not recommend this game in its current state.

### 4/5 — Fun game, but ball drops way too fast.

*2020-04-14, version 1.0.1*

This game is a lot of fun and the art style is really cool; but the ball drops waaayyyy too fast. The speed of it is kinda unforgiving and takes some of the fun out of the experience.

### 4/5 — Good

*2019-12-10, version 1.0.0*

The game play is pretty good with minor delay. The music though as a lot of their games are FIRE god dang the music is good and it also has good sprites over all a good pinball game

### 3/5 — Please update controls

*2019-11-02, version 1.0.0*

Like others have said, flippers just don’t feel right. Please update, check out other pinball games. Thanks.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Подтормаживает

*2026-01-23*

### 1/5 — Flipper reagieren oft nicht…

*2022-03-11*

… deshalb nahezu unspielbar. 👎🏼

### 1/5 — Nicht kaufen!!!

*2021-05-16*

### 1/5 — Lag

*2020-07-27, version 1.0.1*

Playing on iPhone 11 - all other apps are closed and there is lag. Not good!

Also, there is blank/empty space at the bottom of the screen where I could (and should) be touching to activate the flippers, but apparently that area does not register as active and I am forced to touch the screen on the actual board/playfield and obstruct my view of the game any time I want to try to hit the ball. Also not good.

Very disappointed.

### 1/5 — Flippers very hit and miss

*2020-07-04, version 1.0.1*

Sometimes the flippers work then suddenly they don’t or the left side operates the right flipper. Could be fun but currently unplayable

### 1/5 — Broken

*2020-04-16, version 1.0.1*

I normally like Game Stew stuff, but this game is broken. The flippers are very unresponsive and laggy. Also the developer has placed the pause button and table info button at the bottom left/right of the screen - exactly where you should want to press for flippers. Sometimes the ball disappears when the game pauses, in game, to tell you info. Lots of little niggles make this game a mess. Please fix the flippers! At the moment this game is unplayable. I’m playing on a iPhone X, I’ll re-review after an update. Edit - after months there’s been an update and the flippers are still unresponsive. Avoid.

### 1/5 — うーん🤔

*2019-10-23*

すげーbuggy。

### 1/5 — RUG

*2019-09-12*

tap, wait, flip.
we can't play any PINBALL.
it mustbe fixed.

### 1/5 — Do not buy.!!!!

*2019-09-07, version 1.0.0*

What’s the main thing a pinball game needs, flippers that work when pressed...these don’t . One star because I can’t give zero.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

*2022-11-29, version 1.0.3*

Love the game

### 5/5 — Yet another masterpiece

*2022-07-15, version 1.0.3*

Game stew, I’ve been playing your games since day 1 and not a single game has disappointed. I don’t write reviews but I will for Game Stew. Every game has a great surface, it’s appealing to the retro gamers and It’s super time consuming. I am more than okay with paying for your works of art. Please keep up the good work, keep pushing, keep making games! I don’t want to miss any content.

### 5/5 — Super

*2020-12-03*

Gefällt mir sehr. Pinball mit Adventure Elementen in Retro GAMEBOY Look. Musik und Sound auch cool. Super ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

### 5/5 — Weird, fun, not necessarily in that order

*2020-02-19, version 1.0.0*

Rare is the game with genuine personality, where blocky graphics belie the care put into its design, such that it delights with every strange new twist. But this is one of them.

### 5/5 — great game but

*2020-02-16, version 1.0.0*

please fix the flipper lag problem ok? 🌟🌟🌟🙏🌟🌟🌟

### 5/5 — Great pinball fun

*2019-12-25, version 1.0.0*

Love it. Lots of stages and stuff to hit.

### 5/5 — Fun

*2019-10-21*

As all games from Game Stew this one is fun, well done devs !

### 4/5 — Actually good

*2026-07-08, version 1.0.9*

Don't listen to the other reviews, the flippers work FINE. I guarantee they're just stuck on the first boss, who reverses your controls. Other than that, the game is pretty neat. If you're good at pinball, you'll enjoy it more than I do, I bet.
