Customer service is very responsive, but was not helpful the second time we spoke. A year’s subscription I paid, bought this for fall detection for my daughter, and now is a complete waste of money. I wouldn’t say it’s 100% pointless, since it tracks her rides. But I could have gotten that with a free app. I do not recommend this product. ### 5/5 — Works great! *2023-06-02* When I start and stop my ride the system alerts my pre set emergency contacts with my location. The fall alert feature give me peace of mind as I often ride alone or out of view from others. Issue was fixed quickly. Trac worked great. My daughter forgot to swipe out when she got off her horse, and I was notified of a fall with a super accurate location. She likes how it tracks where she goes and how far.
