It worked great, until it didn’t- maybe 2 months it worked.  Customer service is very responsive, but was not helpful the second time we spoke.  A year’s subscription I paid, bought this for fall detection for my daughter, and now is a complete waste of money. I wouldn’t say it’s 100% pointless, since it tracks her rides. But I could have gotten that with a free app. I do not recommend this product.

I downloaded the app and can’t get it to open. User name and password inputted but screen dies not advance.

When I start and stop my ride the system alerts my pre set emergency contacts with my location. The fall alert feature give me peace of mind as I often ride alone or out of view from others.  The system also tracks and maps my rides which helps me keep track of my training as I ride multiple horse per week.

Update: super great team to work with. Immediately emailed me back and called me. Issue was fixed quickly. Trac worked great. My daughter forgot to swipe out when she got off her horse, and I was notified of a fall with a super accurate location. She likes how it tracks where she goes and how far. 

The app crashes we can’t even finish setting up the account.
