Can’t recall that site’s name. Built by Thomas Carruthers. Clive did a great job. Obviously standards of debates are sometimes pretty bad but that’s the users . ### 3/5 — Easy to navigate but *2026-03-04* The app version on my iPad makes it really hard to Post up a new thread which used to be really easy. Easy to setup watch lists. No sign of that so far. Took a little getting used to, but I think I like it. This made it a useful tool. Now, everything carries the same 15 minute delay without a sub. Useless to me now. Only 15-20 mins delayed prices are provided for the free account. If this is a bug please fix it. Needs to be updated for Ipad, works OK on iPhone. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Subscriptions don’t work *2026-08-25* Paid for subscription which didn’t work - 0 help from staff just said speak to Apple ### 1/5 — Dodgy adverts *2026-04-29* ADVFN not screening adds, managed to identify I phishing add pop up which is worrying - I would also suggest not using the current add distribution software as it's causing lots of crashes and making the app unusable - and it's not going to encourage me to go addless im just going to end up switching to a better and less invasive provider. ### 1/5 — Always problems *2026-02-15* Paid for realtime shares prices, but the app always has problems. Maybe works 80% of the time, but it’s not what we paid for. We want the app works every time opens it, how hard to do that? ### 1/5 — Ever heard of testing the app before you release it? *2026-02-13* I pay over £350 a year for the privilege of seeing live prices and real time trades. What is so difficult about that? Why, with every release is there some major glitch? This time logging on seems to be a problem for the app. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t solve it and the same problem is on the iPhone and iPad. If it’s not that it’s something else.
