This app provides three short tips every day or whenever you request new inspiration. Each tip is designed to encourage reflection, mindfulness and a more positive approach to everyday life.

The tips are available in both English and German, allowing you to discover new ideas while comparing language, meaning and expression directly.

The content is based on an extensive collection of recommendations shared by a psychology professor from California with his students. These thoughts include personal observations, life lessons and simple suggestions for living more consciously – sometimes profound, sometimes surprisingly simple, and sometimes intentionally open for discussion.
