After downloading it it is not working for me I have tried reinstalling it and reloading it still not loading or working is there some type of compensation for this issue I’ll really wanted to subscribe for a year but the app doesn’t work for me can I receive a virtual gift card or visa or Mastercard I really wanted to give a bonded word of referring other to the app however it seems it’s not real can someone please assist me with this issue please thank you so much have a great day

There is an easy way for you to contact support if you are having issues, requesting us to pay you is not the way to go about it.
