## What is Advisor Terminal?

Advisor Terminal is the mobile companion for financial advisors. Capture your in-person client meetings, stay on top of every follow-up, and keep client documents in one place, all from your phone.

Set your phone on the table and tap once. The app captures the room audio, even when your screen is off or you are using another app. When you finish, your capture uploads on its own, even if your signal drops for a bit.

From there, Advisor Terminal does the work for you. It writes a full transcript and a clear summary of every meeting. Link the meeting to a client, match each voice to a name, and turn it into a meeting note with one tap. Everything shows up in your Advisor Terminal web portal, ready to review.

Your taskboard keeps every task in one place. Set due dates, priorities, and owners, add checklists and comments, and create a task in seconds. It syncs with your team in real time and stays available offline.

Reach any client's vault straight from your phone. Scan a statement with the built-in scanner, snap a photo of an ID, or add a file, and it uploads to the right client on the spot.
