The made the prices 2.5x what they used to be. I need to start slow. I set my own goals and keep track of my progress and simply reset if I need to re-evaluate my goals. It helps to keep me wanting to go to the Centre Club where everybody is pleasant and very encouraging. And I see it keeps track of calories spent!
