## What is AdvocatusMobile?

Basic Information:

    The application currently serves as an extension of the desktop application and provides a mobile view of the specified documentation. Future plans include a standalone release.
    Access to your office is enabled through a code for your law firm, which is obtained by contracting an additional service for using the mobile application as an add-on to the Advocatus desktop application.
    The application will request the following permissions (more about this in the privacy policy link):
        Access to the calendar for event synchronization
        Access to reminders for setting them for events
        Access to calls solely for the ability to make calls from the application's contact field
        Access to biometric options for easier login

Features at the time of writing:

    After the first successful login, further logins can be performed using a fingerprint until logout.
    Title/Calendar and Deadline calendars with the ability to synchronize with mobile device calendars. Automatic notifications for events 24 hours in advance.
    All notifications/messages from the Desktop application are also visible in the mobile application.
    Legal and physical list of clients with the following information for each client:
        Basic information
        List of all cases
        Actions
        Costs
        Specifications with the option to download a PDF file
        Invoices with the option to download a PDF file (access rights are the same as in the desktop application)
        File list with download options
        Contacts
        Notes
        Change log
    Legal and physical list of cases with the following information for each case:
        Basic information
        Actions
        Costs
        E-CASE retrieval of all information via API if a valid court number is provided
        Hearings
        Deadlines
        File list with download options
        Contacts
        Notes
        Change log
    E-CASE list of the last 30 changes (checked once during the night), current data is visible within each individual case.
    VPS calculator
    Settings: the ability to display all hearings and deadlines of the office (not just those for which you are responsible)

Work continues on the implementation of e-communication for both the desktop and mobile versions, as well as integration with the e-invoice service moj-eracun.hr.

### 1.4.9 — 2025-01-03

AdvocatusMobile 1.4.9 A new version of the mobile app has been released with two changes: • Auto log in, from now on even after shutting down the application, you can automatically enter it without the need for biometrics or data. You can turn on this option at your own risk in the application settings (main menu) – Turn on Auto-log in. This automatic log in will be valid until you manually turn it off in the settings or use one of the two options to log out of the main menu. • The calendar now more clearly indicates current dates with and without events for the same. Brown indicates today's date without the event, red indicates today's date with the event.

A minor correction to the biometric icons, now the function starts as soon as the buttons are touched.
