In other country they cant even make verification

Թերևս երբևէ ինձ հանդիպած ամենա ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալ բանկն է՝ իր ցածր սպասարկման ոլորտի մակարդակով: Աշխատակիցների կողմից մունաթ, երբեմն ականատես եմ եղել, որ իրենց ձայնը բարձրացրել հաճախորդների վրա և առհասարակ շատ ճնշող մթնոլորտի եմ զբացել այս մանկի մասնաճյուղերում: Իմ դժգոհությունների մասին գրել եմ իրեն էլ հասցեին, սակայն որևէ պատասխան և հետևողական վերաբերմունք չեն ցուցաբերել: Ակնհայտ է, որ բացարձակ հաճախորդակենտրոն մոտեցումներ չկա այստեղ և արդյունքում ես և իմ ամբողջ ընտանիքը որոշեցինք փոխել բանկը: Հուսամ վերջապես ինչ-որ քայլեր կձեռնարկեն սպասարկման և ծառայությունների որակը բարելավելու ուղղությամբ:

Երբևէ որևէ մեկի խորհուրդ չեմ տա օգտվել այդ բանկի ծառայություններից:

I have been an AEB customer for more than 10 years. This year I decided to use their mobile app and got very disappointed. First, I was surprised when I found out that I have to go to a branch to sign a contract to be able to use it.
Then after signing a contract and spending in a branch for about an hour finally I got access to the app and I was able to see how much money I have in my account. And that was all I could do. After several unsuccessful attempts to use the mobile app I decided to leave this bank.

Ահավոր հետադարձ կապ, հեռախոսին չեն պատասխանում, եթե արտ երկրում ես, ընդհանրապես ոչ մի բան չի ստացվի: Բարի եղեք հեռախոսին պատասխանել , եթե իհարկե ձեզ մեկ չէ:

Everything is okay except for the notifications in the app.. can’t open the announcements in the app..
