Թերևս երբևէ ինձ հանդիպած ամենա ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալ բանկն է՝ իր ցածր սպասարկման ոլորտի մակարդակով: Աշխատակիցների կողմից մունաթ, երբեմն ականատես եմ եղել, որ իրենց ձայնը բարձրացրել հաճախորդների վրա և առհասարակ շատ ճնշող մթնոլորտի եմ զբացել այս մանկի մասնաճյուղերում: Իմ դժգոհությունների մասին գրել եմ իրեն էլ հասցեին, սակայն որևէ պատասխան և հետևողական վերաբերմունք չեն ցուցաբերել: Ակնհայտ է, որ բացարձակ հաճախորդակենտրոն մոտեցումներ չկա այստեղ և արդյունքում ես և իմ ամբողջ ընտանիքը որոշեցինք փոխել բանկը: Հուսամ վերջապես ինչ-որ քայլեր կձեռնարկեն սպասարկման և ծառայությունների որակը բարելավելու ուղղությամբ:
