They don't send reports in email anymore. It fails in every way possible. Even the EID scan part (which is a simple solution that most good apps can do) doesn’t work. Below there will be a generic response from the developer. No one is actually trying to help users, and the customers service numbers has a long wait. Sadly, nothing we can do. Regards ### 2/5 — App Crashes for PDF Report *2024-05-22, version 2.5.9* The app crashes after clicking on the PDF report we pay AED 84 to view, even if you click on the report from the history section, still crashes, I’ve seen other very old reviews saying the same, sad it hasn’t been rectified immediately.
