## What is AECWorks Field Report Creator?

AECWorks Field Report Creator is the field operations app for architecture, engineering, and construction teams managing site visits, punch lists, and installation documentation.

Built for teams already working with AECWorks AI Operations, this app lets field staff capture reports, photos, and observations directly from the jobsite — even without a signal.

KEY FEATURES

• Photo & Content Documentation — capture installs, issues, and site conditions with structured reports
• Full Offline Mode — create worksites, reports, observations, and drawings with no connection; syncs automatically once you're back online
• Drawing Markups — pull drawings from Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud, or upload your own, and mark them up directly in the field
• Issue Tracking — log, assign, and track punch list items through resolution
• Time Tracking — log hours against worksites and reports
• Canned Notes — save and reuse common report language
• Organization-Based Access — sign in with your company's AECWorks account; contact your administrator for access

AECWorks Field Report Creator requires an active organization account. If your company doesn't yet use AECWorks AI Operations, visit aecworks.ai to learn more.
