## What is Aegis 智能神盾?

I. overview

Intelligent factory is an important carrier to realize intelligent manufacturing. It realizes intelligent production process by building intelligent production system and network distributed production facilities. Intelligent shendun collects, arranges, analyzes and constructs a dynamic, transparent and traceable visualization platform covering the whole process for production elements (human, machine, material, method and environment).

II. Main functions

1. person

Scientific recommendation of pre arranged work, timely reminder of missing manpower, real-time query of rich manpower, location of attendance, comparison of pre arranged actual KPI, all-round query of five-star arrangement, quick display of the first management information of the production line.

2. machine

The mobile management equipment data file can be used for equipment category management, equipment binding, spot check E-operation and CD human monitoring during the use of automatic equipment.

3. materials

The mobile management material data file can be used for material pre-warning management, material preparation in advance, mobile material check and production line material receipt management.

4. methods

Accurate positioning of human information, attendance report, overtime report, exception check one key, equipment operation, upph achievement, scheduling achievement, quality yield, shipping information and other production information.
